If you've received a PlainsCapital Bank Visa Gift Card, your card was activated at the time of purchase and is ready to use immediately. You can make purchases using your gift card anywhere Visa is accepted. To make a purchase, swipe the card through a merchant pay terminal or give your card to the cashier.
Register for Online Access and Theft Protection

Registering your gift card protects the value of your card and allows you to purchase a replacement card in the event your original is lost or stolen (see the gift card disclosures for terms and conditions). Registration also allows you to view your remaining card balance, view transaction history and manage your gift card account online.
